Missing one not quite right truck.
Just saw this new trail they cut at Stoney. Y’all gonna give it a shot?
cell tower side, just down the hill on left past the entrance to 301
Y'all have a good time. Hate I'm missing it but in high hopes for a spring ride.
Time to go for me. I can't wait for the next ride.
We made it home about an hour ago
I was that guy this weekend with all the problems but we still had a great time. It was nice to see folks again and meet new ones.
Wade and I just called it a night (no more wood), both of us will be leaving tomorrow more.
Hopefully we can do something like this again in the spring.
I'm home, man I hate the construction in Birmingham. At least until I hit I20 in Carrolton.
Home at 1pm est. No big deal on the drive.
Was good to meet and wheel with you guys. Maybe a slower weekend next time.
I hate mud and I have a lot to clean.
Them Jeep folks get in yalls way?
At least you didn't take your truck into a mud jacuzzi.
Trail report? Pic dump? Throw a man a bone here!
Josh was there, I showed up, then Cody and Greg got there, then John got there.
We wheeled trails on Saturday without John due to an electrical issue.
Greg winched up one obstical and I drug Cody up the same one with 3 straps hooked together.
Then we wheeled a little more.
Then I fixed John's truck temporarily.
We all wheeled Sunday until Cody and Greg had to leave.
Then wheeled one more trail that some idiot chose. It was really tight. Then turned up an extreme trail. We were denied. Josh blew a bead.
Josh went home and John and I bench raced until about 9:30.
I left at 7am today.
That is it in a nut shell.
Just a lot of vehicles of all kinds. Jeeps and SXS's were about one to one ratio. But the SXS's were driving back and forth by cap until the wee hours on friday night. Saturday night was a night run, so again with the late night noise. John had a local group of crack heads with kids right by him Saturday night. Ask him about the slamming doors.
Yeah last time we were there we had a group of SXSs come up on us with a very distinct, pungent, musky herb smell. Apparently they don’t check for that at the gate.
Maybe next time we should try for Hot Springs if everyone is willing to travel that far. It is much more geared towards our style of wheeling and not the SXS crowd. Stoney just seemed to be the most central location for everyone.
We’re home and just finished unloading everything. I’m going to clean up then I’ll lament my self inflicted issues.
I only have 2 videos, my daughter may have more but she’s already bolted out to see her boyfriend (4 days of withdrawals, the horror). I’ll check Mary’s phone too.
It's called Stoney right? Seems fitting......
Hmm, good point.
Separate names with a comma.
