Official BB14 news

It does make a big difference when it's all ladies driving, and the only real pressure is to have fun! We had a blast on the last one and I think most everyone tried something they where nervous about.

Yes I agree, my post was mainly a joke. I won't sign up for it.

A lot of times Sundays are hit and miss. Some years, like last year, we have a bunch show up. Other years not many show up. The last time we did the ladies run, only 2 trucks showed up for the other run so they did Metal Masher with the ladies. Sundays are always hard to judge turn out. As always anyone with a capable vehicle is welcome to run a Blazer Bash trail.

I think the sticker for dude's on the pp run is still a good idea! :D

I was trail leader for Wipe-out Hill. 77jimmy showed up but no one else. Duane and I stayed at the back, he even grenaded a hub and shattered a rear driveshaft U-joint :doah:Having the ladies do Rock Chucker, Mirror Gultch, Widowmaker, and Mother-in-Law Hill was a great! I tried to get my wife to drive, but no such luck. It was a long, but very fun/memorable day :waytogo:

Well, fins n things is one if the trails that I WANT to run. Wether a big group runs it or not.

Fins and things is an easy one that in a small group can be done fast. If I am there Scott we should head out after another scheduled run.

It also makes a good night run, but then you miss out on all the views.

Every year I think about offering a night run but I always feel like some of the best night runs are the spontaneous ones. Plus there always seems to be the Golden Spike night run......

Hey, it was still light out when we got the last rig off the trail this year (barely).:waytogo:

sounds good to me. id like to drive Daisy across the golden crack but have no idea if getting there can be done in a full bodied suburban without taking damage. this will be my first time wheeling moab so i figured i'd stick to the easier stuff this go-round.

I think you'd be fine running the Crack n Back run. It's the easiest way to get to the Golden Crack. As long as you've got at least 1 locker and 35" tires.

Yeah I've got a rear Detroit, maybe a front locker by the time bb14 rolls around. And I'll probably be stepping down to 35s.

I'm be in for either. Really good chance it will be just my family and no one else from Mt/Wy.

:haha:a$$hole :flipoff11:

I think we have a solid plan and model after this years run that with a couple of minor tweeks we'll be good to go to not have the annual Golden Spike night run anymore.

The spontaneous night runs are the best, I really enjoyed staying out at Area BFE on Thursday night last year. Of course we didn't start night wheeling until about 10:00 and ended at about 3:30am but it was a classic good time in my world. In short Jack approved if you know what I mean:whistle:

Be warned if you stay at Area BFE there will most likely be fire side conversation that would make a Sailor blush, loud obnoxious four wheeling near camp, adult beverages and general unsavory behavior until the wee hours of the am.:thumb:

Agreed, fresh starting battery recommended though :pimp:

Planning on trying to make it down this year love to do it once at least just have to starting budgetting the fuel for the 1800 mile trip to get there :D
