OH NO.. not another problem with the 99 Tahoe.. Could it be????

    Okay.. we put new plugs/wires in the tahoe.. it run's great for a little while..
    Now.. the engine is knocking.. until the engine warm's up. But that's not the worst part, it's now blowing white smoke out the driver side exhaust pipe..
    The truck is a true dual exhaust. My guess is a Blown head gasket..
    Anyone back me up on this?

    losing/using any coolant, does the oil look milky? how did the old plugs look? could it just be spark knock? gap all the plugs correctly?? i also remember that gm had a problem with camaro LS1s and piston slap..they swapped to thicker oil and calmed the noise..is it possible for you? is yours an ls1 based engine? ie 5.3/5.7/6.0??
