Ok help me real quick with the TV cable

first off i did do a search, helped a little and i think i got it but i want to make sure,

The tv cable is suppose the be fully pully out ( of the trany) when it is at W.O.T right?? and when get let off the gas it goes back in the tranny right??? Also my 700r4 is making a buzzing nosie? is that cuz of the tv cable too??

Have a read of article 101 at www.tvmadeez.com . You basically release the clip on the adjuster at the card/TB and pull the throttle to full open then reset the tab on the adjuster. Read the article, it'll tell you everything and then some.
