ORD Disconnects not pivoting

I'm having some difficulty getting the pivot mounts to actually pivot on the spring pad mount. In order to have any pivoting action at all I have to run the frame pad bolt slightly loose. Is this by design or do I need a slightly longer steel sleeve for the bushing within the pivot?

Otherwise, fantactic product. Articulation is substantially improved.

I had this problem with mine until I went back and recleaned the sway bar areas where the poly bushings contact the bar. After cleaning and lubing the points, it worked correctly. Hope yours is this easy.

They should move fairly easy but the ones on my 'burb are pretty tough now, I tap them out of the way with a hammer. Time for some grease.
