Did anybody have any issues getting the new stub shaft to slide into the new 32spline input shaft in the 205? I have counted the splines, they match up. I called steve today and he said try a wire brush and putting the stub shaft in the freezer. I did both and it still wont go. Should I try heating the 205 input? anyone else had this issue? -Thanks Ryan

I didn't have any trouble on that part, but they are a close fit. Just wait till you get to the snap rings!
I've assembled several doublers already and have never had a problem. Are you positive that you don't accidently have the Ford 31 spline intermediate shaft?
