Paint is peeling up in the center of my 2013 silverado rear bed, i don't want it to get any worse, do you guys have any suggestions on what to do here?

My idea was to sand all the loose paint and then hit it with white rustoleum (primer and paint in one) or is that not a good idea?

I know it's pricey but this would be the perfect time for rhino liner. They have lower priced DIY products too.

If you want to keep it white I'd do as you said. Rustoleum white probably won't match your paint which is most likely summit white. You can buy factory paint colors in spray cans if it will bother you.
