Do you mean quarter panels?
No. These are the panels the meet the quarter panels and keep the splash from the spinning wheels from going up between the quarterpanels and inner bed wall panels. They are actually an extention of the inner bed wall, that comes down, meets the inner wheel well (the bump on each side of the third seat), then curves out to meet the quarterpanels around the wheel opening.

How's the steering column, tight, loose complete? How much?

Needs ignition switch, it was removed when I got it, I am not 100% sure if all the little pieces are there, other than that it's tight. $ 40+ shipping, less wheel.
