I just recently purchased a 75 blazer and the blinkers and hazzatss on the passenger side Front are not working. However, when I turn on the headlights, they do light up. Can someone please point me in the right direction on how to troubleshoot this I just purchased a test light to help me diagnose this issue.

The bulbs in the turn signals, and hazards, have 2 elements in ea bulb. 1 for tail lamps and 1 for signals. This could be as simple as a bad bulb. When you check them you will notice to little studs on outside of bulb, these will be off set, make sure they match the off set in the socket. I have seen them forced in backwards.
If it's not a bulb let us know we'll help you dug further.

Hi Wes and thank you for the quick reply. So the bulbs are fine. I actually ended up swapping them from the driver side to the passenger side and they still don’t work on the passenger side. However, they do on the driver side. I’ve checked the ground, and swapped the turn signal and hazard relay switch, and still no luck on the lights blinking however, when I turn on the headlights, they do light up on the passenger and driver side

How tight is your turn signal lever?
Have someone watch the light while you carefully move the lever on and off. The turn signal switch/cam setup is actually a complicated little deal. Pull back (towards the driver) gently on the lever while testing.

OK, thank you, I will try that tonight or tomorrow when I get home
Are both right front and rear not working ?
just the front. The rear is fine

ok so the front running lights and the turn signal light are 2 different circuits, so the running light working has nothing to do with the turn signal. For what ever reason, the power isn't making it to the bulb. Could be an open wire, could be a bad socket. The little contacts in the bottom might damaged or corroded.
Check for power on the light blue wires at the plug behind the the lamp assembly, with right turn selected key on. Use a test lamp, if no power found there go to next connection which will probably be at the bulkhead connector in the firewall cavity #14.

Can also probe the lt blue under dash at the turn signal switch, same test set up as above.

Thank you, Wes and everyone else for the replies. I really appreciate all the insight . I will get to these suggestions as soon as I have some free time.
