penetrating oil...

There's a MOPAR brand penetrant that we have at work. Our mechanics love it.
I personally havent found anything better than Kroil.
PB blaster works decent for the moment your using it. But turns to a varnish like glue over time. So I quit using that one.

The ATF/acetone thing sounds like it works. But I personally don't want to handle acetone that often.
 
looks like "Project Farm" found a half dozen things better than Kroil...
 
Watch the project Farm vid, then ask yourself if your testing and comparing methods match his. That dude is a stickler for testing in as controlled a way as possible, removing as many variables as possible, and refuses any sponsorship or money from any corporation. :waytogo:
 
Seen it before. All I know is when I spray it on a rusted nut, does it work or not.
In my experience of doing just that, I know what has worked the best lol.
 
That's just for me though. I know guys that still swear by wd40. It works for them.
If it works for them and.tbey like it.. use it :D
