Picked up a new blazer

I was looking at the prices, and, as long as it's an easy replacement, I think I'll just use the ones from my 76 for now as long as they're interchangeable. I looked on LMC, and the motors they sell show that it's the same one for the 76 and the 84. Can anyone confirm this?

That is a perfect stance and look for a Blazer, in my opinion. Nice find

Those rear windows are brand new too. The guy replaced the full glass windows right before I looked at it.

yea one motor, on the driver's side, connected to a long rod that runs through the entire width of the cowl.

i don't like those single windows..... i prefer the classic looks of the wing windows. but thats just me.

I actually like the full windows. There's no noise from the wing windows (or whatever they're called).

Thanks. I was looking at the top of the page where it said 73-84. I didn't even look at the specific parts description. Looks like I'll be buying new parts then.

Great lookin truck. You sticking with the stock color or something else? That one piece window is a kit. I've seen it in lmc for my 72. So if one breaks its Gona be a few bucks to replace. I don't think a standard glass shop will be able to replace it easy.looks like someone hit the back bumper or needs adjusting. Overall looks real clean though.

There is also no reason you couldn't go back to the original style windows if you ever wanted to.

The one-piece window is cool, but for $700, I'd put it towards a soft top. Lucky you got 'em with the truck.

I think i would be inclined to sell them now and go back to originals and pocket the difference! Bet you could sell them for $400 for the pair easy. Set of craigslist or junk yard originals for what, maybe $80-$100?

I didn't install them myself, the trick came that way. I'm really not interested in making any money off them either. I'm happy with it the way it is.
