I think I would skip the poly bushings, it seems as if they may cause an "axle wrap" effect. I would think a panhard bar or something similar would be needed. Have you ever put a front or rear end in and had to move by hand one of the spings a bit to get the pin in the hole in the perch? With the setup as pictured the axle would move to the side and both springs would move. The only reason that they don't lay over or move in a normally mounted fashion is because they are flat on the spring perch, the pivot you have designed takes away this "flat" element. Does that make sense? I'm not good at putting thoughts into words.

This may help. It seems like it would be able to swing from side to side, not only when flexing but also just sitting on level ground. The pic is exagerated of course. I know that if I can move the springs by hand, certainly the weight of a truck could also. I think the spring bushings would have enough movement to let the axle go crazy without a panhard bar. I could be crazy too.
unless your frame has some hella flex in it, it won't allow the your springs to angle that way, i don't think you'll have to run any type or sway bar or pan hard bar

the bushing would allow some give and the spring itself would twist a bit as it would in normal articulation and allow it to do that
as to not running a sway bar, thats a matter of an oppinion thing and weather or not it sees street use. a softer flexy or maybe a longer spring, already would allow a ton of body roll, and a pivoting spring perch would only add to it, but like i said, some people dont mind it, some do. i personally got a kick out of the massive amount of body roll i had before i lifted my blazer, lol
