Are there any good places to go in California to do any type
of off-roading besides Hollister?

Frank Raines OHV park in Patterson Off Highway 5. Lots of fire trails and some rocks. It should be on GoldRush's website.

Theres a ton of killer places to wheel up here near Shaver Lake (Fresno area),the Rubicon up north.Lots of fun places in CA. to go wheel.

Some people shouldnt drive anything bigger than their head.<a target="_blank" href=http://community.webshots.com/user/beaterwhang>community.webshots.com/user/beaterwhang</a>

Ya!!, I love the river just below Thomas Edison lake. I haven't wheeled back in to far, cus I only carry an Extra 10 gallons in, and I want to stay at least a week there. The mono hotsprings are the finest, do you know where little edan is? hotspring pool. where people make mud faces on the sides of the pool. 1/4mile before the mono hotspring store. where hot water crosses the road. all rock wall turn out on the right, go down the about 100 feet. to little eden hot pool. oh ya!!!!!!!!

Right on!!!! Are the trails hard near Shaver Lake? I would like to try those trails someday. I'm going to Fresno for Thanksgiving.
Let me know how those trails are...
