The axles were done with the base por15. I'm gonna hit all this with the topcoat.

My experiences with UV resistance was to spray over the Por 15, right after it was dry to the touch but not really cured. This is not a Long time after spraying. Black or clear.

Dupont Centari catalyzed made for a nice smooth &:shiny surface.

Could use por 15 in CLEAR and top cost it in any color. Clear sprays smoother.than the colored product.

That sounds really slick when wet and muddy. My POS only gets wet and muddy lol. That's where the rope rides.
