The precise angle at which an Edelbrock carburetor will spill gas over the side and cause your motor to backfire as it dies. Traction was good, fuel delivery wasn't. I made it drive me home but immediately replaced it with a fresh QJet.
The worst part wasn't the big burn mark on my hood, it was watching the 3 college cheerleader that I had in the back jump out and run back down the trail while I put out the fire. Luckily a white K5 that I had never seen before appeared behind me to help.
