My power steering pump is finally taking/took a sh!t. Its whining pretty bad, and last week when I was on a 'little' river run and was stuck in the river it started squeelin' pretty bad. Havent driven it since. The water must have gotten to it.
Anyways, has anyone just bought the rebuild kit that the auto parts stores sell for around $25? Or should I just get a reman. pump for around $85?
Aftermarket such as AGR just dont seem to be worth it from all of the stories, especially when Matt over at Westex shows how to modify the stock pump to be just as good as the AGR pump without the $150 price tag!!
    Any info is apprciated. TIA

I'd just get the reman pump and be done with it.
