im planning on cutting out the rockers and welding in square tubing. buying a tubing bender in a few months to build the full cage. also came up with a poison spyder style rear tire carrier. have a MM 9500 winch, the hubs are new superwinch hubs.

the interior is going to be bedlined, change the heater to the summit style mojave heater.

what made you decide to go with the mojave style heater? i'm trying to decide for my build too.

a couple reasons

1) clears up the firewall for my dual battery setup

2) better heat than the stock heater core (28,000BTU)

3) built in 3 speed fan (goes back to reason 1)

yah ive been slacking on it lately with the cold and rain and snow and it being outside. but wednesday im hoping to get it in the shop and start progress on it again.

well i have my new u-bolts and i just got my new 14 bolt spring plates from ruff stuff specialties (damn these things are heavy duty), just need to finish getting my poor mans shackle flip brackets (rear spring front hangers) and drop the tank.

i know i dont have to drop the tank to do it but im moving the tank into the back of the blazer. mid seam will be flush with the floor and build a cover for it.
