I'm going to be swapping out my rear end soon, but my Gov-lock still works. I"ll need to regear the fron 10 bolt to 4.10. Can i put the gov lock from the rear 10 bolt in the front? it still works, but would this be strange going aroud turns or would it only work when the hubs are locked? Would it evern work? If I need to change the carrier I wont even bother, not spending more money on that 10 than I have too...

If your old Gov-loock still works I'd send it to the Smithsonian...it has to be a rarity[IMG]
You wouldn't even notice it there with the hubs unlocked, hell even with the hubs locked you might not even notice it there [IMG]
Just my opinion but I'd go with a locker that is somewhat stronger and more reliable...
