    My boredom has been quenched.

I’ve chickened out right around this speed every time. It’s a hoot and a half. Instant 25mph and plenty more throttle. Based on gearing and power it should have 45mph in it when I change the tires to 6”. They are 5” now. 20-25 miles of range. 719AD109-8514-41E0-94BA-6783BEEE09D4.png B8A5B6E2-6569-478D-95A4-468F7EE1CFF8.jpeg 351E7BEE-992B-4256-B869-85CF674B73C6.jpeg

I would hurt myself on that thing. I hurt myself many times on the kind with no motor. I also learned that your knee pads, wrist guards, elbow pads and helmet don't do a damn thing for you when they are sitting at the house and you are careening down a newly paved steep hill.

My guess is we're gonna have a drought this year because I fixed the leaky gutter corners. Sort of like washing your car, then it rains, but the opposite. The only water I've had in the gutters since the repair is due to the swamp cooler over flowing, ha. Rotten wood...yeah, I found a bit of that too. Not real bad, but bad enough. It will wait for repair until the next roof, which is overdue...

I'm probably closer to being a coonass than a cracka, ;)

This one just popped up on Micro Center, not sure where you stand on your printer decision. Creality is supposed to be one of the better printers on the market. I haven't ever seen one, don't know anyone that has one, just word of mouth hearsay...

We've been renovating the kid's playground this week. They wanted to go bigger. Yesterday I tripped coming off a ladder and nearly broke my everything. The dead last thing I want is an ER trip.

Good news at work. Zero layoffs, and furloughs. Management decided they were going to do whatever it takes to keep employees. Outpatient has a limited re-opening in June. My team is getting re-organized in June as well. I'm losing network and phone. I'm Gaining two client services guys and we'll own the whole PC/Server stack, apps and all.

I lived in North Mississippi for ~8yrs. My boss (PhD grew up in Louisiana) would be the first to admit he's a coonass. A grad student in our group, from VA, awesome guy definitely a cracker, ha. I've been back in CO since 2009. I guess I'm really some kinda hybrid of a coonass/cracker/farm kid, ha.

added later: I have absolutely no racial prejudices. I do have a big issue if you're from south of the US border and here illegally, but that's a legal issue not racial.

I've been amused by all the COVID-19 memes. The caption for this is "Sometimes words aren't needed".

I’m going to do the wood and gutters at the same time. No point in doing half, especially with the amount of rain we get

Back from Birmingham and off to Victorville again. I was planning to be off this week.

yeah, you get a bit more than we do in Colorado. Your one month's precipitation is what we get annually, ha.
