Before I install my tons I want to either have them rebuild or do it myself. Should I just buy something similar to this: http://www.extremeaxlesales.com/60masterinstallkit.aspx

Or is there another route I should take? I still may have a mechanic do the work but I prefer to furnish parts just to avoid mark-up. Also besides the kingpin re-build kit, what is that kit above missing. Any additional advice regarding the 14 bolt FF?

The kit you linked to is if you're doing a ring and pinion swap. If you bought a running axle and just want to rebuild the outers you don't need that kit.
You can get everything you need from MANY places, I bought my stuff from WFO Concepts. They have a clean and clear website and Trevor is a great guy to deal with. My stuff shows up the next day when I order from them.

Basically I just want to rebuild the axles now so I don't have to deal with it for awhile. What would you recommend replacing?

wheel bearings, brakes, kingpins, axle shaft ujoints, spindle seals, etc...Unless your rebuilding the ring and pinion, you need all those seals and bearings as well. This gets expensive real quick.

If it was mine, I would get king pin kits, but probably not change the king pins them selves if they look good, drop the cover to look at the ring and pinion, new inner axle seals, do new bearings if they feel bad on the carrier, new lube. On the rear, basically all you can do is pull the cover and see how it looks. You can pull the axles out the end and check those bearings too, but rarely do they go bad as long as it hasn't been run out of fluid. Reseal the axle flange. Throw some new fluid in and go. Besides brakes all the way around. Check and make sure there aren't any twisted axle splines when its apart.

Those bushing are a great upgrade, and relatively cheap. If your thinking about upgrades the bronze bushings would be my next one after the longfield bushings. What's your budget?
