my 1984 blazer had a quad set-up on the front shocks. when i put on the 4" rancho lift i went with the single shock set-up using the shock mount holes
closet to the front of the vehicle. that has always been fine for me. well
the cheap shocks that they give with the lift kits are finally worn out and i am replacing them .
now my question is , would it make a difference in the ride if i got the shocks that mount on the back mounting hole in the frame ?
or should i go with the quad set up again ?
or my best bet to stay with using the front mounting hole in the frame ?

i would say, go with the single shock setup because i am pretty sure you wont be doing baja style driving where you need the extra dampening and to keep the heat down in each shock. so, unless you are going high speed desert racing, you dont need the quad shock setup.
