found a truck at the local recycle yard c vin had a j intake and a highly modified air cleaner sticker reads ray wel power pac MKII

I've searched does anyone have info on this company,parts or packages?

Yep its on my truck there was no turbo still na search found a package on a na ford 6.9 on dieselpage no picks or info?

It looks like they just improved the air flow on the intake side. Did it have headers too?

no headers. the truck still had manifolds on it

I'd be interested in knowing what else may be done to the engine. Sounds like the pictures are of the air cleaner installed onto your truck, was the intake noticablly modded?

Thats what I was wondering about? No the other intake was an early J code just like mine in the photo. Look close you will see the piece that bolts to the intake that holds the base on as well.

The truck had a pyrometer in the cab but no other visible things?
