What is idle circuit and replaced needle and seatSounds like a no/low fuel issue. Probably varnish blocking needle and seat, and or idle circuit
New gaskets new Accel pump well rebuilt yes float measurement no. I read on that last night my question is the way my float mounts how could it change as I'm using old float and sir ty so muchthere are 7 different fuel circuits in a carburetor. Idle circuit allows gas and air to mix and enter engine while throttle plates are closed or almost closed.
The screw on driver side of carb sets speed or opening of throttle plate, 2 screws in front bottom set amount of gas air mix.
So if you replaced needle and seat did you have the rest apart? new gaskets accel pump? what measurement did you set float level?
many times the front two bolts on qjets are over tightened, by someone this warps the air horn and bowl sections, virtually destroying the carb.
this warping allows the gas in the bowl by pass proper pathways and all sorts of poor running symptoms.
