Redundant "type" of question - HELP

hi everyone, i'm fairly new to ck5 but i've read enough to know my following question is pretty redundant, but i'd like some specifc advice if anyone can help...

i have a '99 2dr 2wd LS Blazer and i'm looking to give it a more aggressive stance... bigger tires, slight lift, etc. but i'm not looking to spend an "extraordinary" amount of money (yet enough to do it right). i won't be doing too much offroading, but i want it too look like i could

www.chassistech.com I believe has stuff for 2wd S10s, I dont know much about em, so cant give any advice(about the truck or vendors) but hey, its a start.

Body lift is cheap, but if you go this way 2 inches is enough to clear 31's nicely on that rig I believe. Bigger spindles are expensive unless you search ebay for them.
