looks like the carb isn't running even you have 4 dark plugs and 4 light plugs. I forget what transmission is in this truck ?

This is a 700R4. The carb is a Edelbrock 1406 (600cfm)
I thought so. If a th350 I had an inspection for you. 700r4 is different
