Remote power steering reservoir

I got it as high as I could. Its about even with the upper radiator hose. I have my cooler mounted where the left side turn signal used to be (and horn) and my filter is going to be mounted on the frame where the old brake line bracket used to be. Does it matter what way lines out the cooler are pointing? I have mine pointing up currently as that was the best packaging opition.
I was worried with having the reservoir mounted to the body and the rod mounted to the frame so I started all over this morning and had this done by noon.
