Removing front brake hardline

No an yes.
Removing the old line looks easy,on both sides.

Where can I find some more info on the windstar mod? (not that I need another project at this point:doah:). I can't see getting the passenger line out without removing the engine mount, let me know if you can figure a way around it.

Just type in "Windstar fan" in the search at the top there are A LOT of threads on it.
You have a 4x4 K5 right?the line comes out go`s to the front then over to the prop valve....mine doesnt go across under the crossmember.
Could you get a pic of yours?
Look at the top right pic here, are one of these what you broke.
See I broke the one coming off the pass wheel.

4x4 'burb, figured the front ends were the same. It's got RWABS, maybe that has something to do with it, don't remember seeing a prob. valve just a T fitting. The hardline goes down to the crossmember to the T, then the bit I broke goes from the T, along the crossmember, along the inside of the frame rail, betwen the rail & the engine mount then a 90 degree bend out that hole to the softline

UMMm that looks a lot diffrent than mine.Maybe someone with a Burb can help..

Just cut it out of the way and feed a new line in but make sure you use a double flare tool not just a standard flare tool I believe it will be a 5/16 flare you can buy the stock from napa and use a good bender I have replumed a lot of projects and you can route your line any direction you need. If it has a problem with pressure just add a brake adjuster to balance it out.
