Reverse Camera In The Front? Anybody Do This?

mount a small hose from the windshield washer next to it with a small sprayer aimed at the glass.

Thats what i thought but that seems comically difficult for such a simple task. Imagine routing little water lines all over your truck just so you can clean your lense :haha:

I have a camera mounted on the front of my Blazer. it doesn't work well for rocks, but it does aide in seeing whats over the break during hill climbs without getting out. it's an aftermarket backup camera so it's waterproof and it adjusts up and down so I can change my approach view, but nothing side to side, it's wide angle but nowhere near wide enough to see everything. I got it for free from my mother-in-law (she didn't like the screen mounted to her dash) and it's more like a novelty item than an actual off-road tool

Man take note of the next high end car you see.
Lots of them not only have squirters on the headlights, they have little dedicated windshield wipers on the headlights too.

I was being conservative........

 ...last T-day, we ran trails in an area of desert with lots of washes, and steep ridges in between; all breakovers or turn-downs from the ridges seemed to end up being blind right-turns...

P.S. I can report that there were no issues with water getting in the camera.
I would be quite upset if that were to happen with a $60 piece of equipment, in the middle of the desert...
