want to see who has ORD springs out there and what you went with. My 52" and 56" aren't getting it done and I wanna get a custom set. Figure there are enough out there that we can see what the settling looks like.

I currently run 40's with a fair amount of trimming but still rub. When I tow my M1101 I definitely rub so was gonna jump up to about an 8" spring I think. With 4" shackles and easy inches and shackle flips I figure I am about 6-7 right now.

I don't want to go crazy on the lift, but I also don't want to keep cutting.

Curious to see what others have settled with and how the springs are sitting after a while.

I got rid of my front 52"s because they were insanely flexy, like undriveable on the street, and got a set of the ORD customs. I can now drive 55, the missus can ride in it (though she won't drive it) and I've had other square-body people compliment the ride.

They haven't noticeably settled in the coupla years I've had them. Truck doesn't get driven but a coupla hundred miles a year, for whatever that's worth.

I opted for ~4", ended up with a zero rate to clear my steering. My front fenders are cut to the wheel well edges, and the rears just crazy cut, more due to rust than tire clearance, so can't help you there.

I have ORD/Alcans on the front of my K5. 6" lift, stock length, spring pin forward 1.5"s....love 'em! Better ride quality and great flex. Standard 56"ers in the rear w/ shackle flip.

Running them on all 4 corners. The ride is similar to the 52/56 combo, but a lot less lean in
corners. They are actually a little bit shorter but flex better the the previous springs.

I have a set under the front of my '70.
It made an incredible difference from the Tuff-country that I had. Keep in mind that I have the shorter front springs compared to '73 and up.
