Came of my 85' K5.
kit includes:
4" front springs, some of the puck things are cracked/gone, bushings are in good shape.
Front u-bolts
Rear 4" blocks with u-bolts
4" raised steering arm
Paid $300 for it new about a year ago.
Asking $200 plus shipping.
