I went and looked at this truck last weekend and it's rust-free. Here's my take on it:

Good:
> All electrical works, drivers side fender bulb burned out. Windows are ok, tailgate glass is FAST!
> No rust anywhere.
> Body is pretty straight, missing only a few trim pieces
> Starts and runs fine, minor vibration (probably due to injectors, below).
> No oil smoke at startup.
> Tires are so-so.
> New radiator and heater core.

Bad:
> Burning gas - probably bad injectors - which means the cats are shot too. Reeks of gasoline.
> Aftermarket headers and exhaust, cherry bombs, kind of loud.
> Either needs an alignment or has something loose in the front end, as it has a high-speed sway which is unnerving and surprising. I would not drive it on the freeway until that was fixed.
> Carpet is very dirty, looks like some grease in it?
> Owner drilled holes through roof and mounted eyelet bolts.
> Paint is completely shot.
> Starter solenoid is 50-50. Did not engage on the first try and spun on the flywheel.
> Headliner is a Scooby-doo towel.
> Leaking a little oil at the transmission. Could not tell if it was the pan of the main seals, but it did not look too bad.
> A/C does not blow cold
> Vents do not direct air properly - probably a missing vacuum line or busted actuator.

I did not test the cruise control or wipers. Factory digital radio with dials works.

The owner said the engine was rebuilt 30k miles ago but I did not test compression. He also said it has 136k miles on it, I think it's 236k based on the wear on the carpet.

Take your guess, I would say it's worth around $1400 - 1800?
