my bumber in the back is bent down,how can i fix it?

To add to the "helpful"(??????) comment above- Is the actual bumper bent, or are the bumper brackets broken/bent? Get under the truck and take a look at the brackets between the bumper and the frame- if they need to be replaced I'm sure you could find replacements at a local wrecking yard.
If it's just a bumper problem, you could take advantage of the situation and upgrade to a tougher one, or find a suitable replacement.
