The rear of my 1990 Suburban sags pretty bad. I know this is pretty common because I see a lot of them like mine. What is the best/fastest/easiest way to fix that? I was thinking of throwing some blocks on the back but i am a little afraid of making it too high. Any thoughts?

I know what you mean. Even with the 8inch skyjacker spring lift I installed, the rear sat a little low. So I put in a 3 1/2 inch block instead of the 2 inch block it came with.
So throw a 2 inch block in there and even if the rear sits a little high it will still look good.
I think trucks with the front sitting higher than the rear look stupid.

Here is what it looks like.

I put an add a leaf in my 95, leveled it up good, and hauls a load better too.

I chucked some airbags on both the blazer and pick-up to fix this problem, I like'm a lot! And no matter what I've loaded or towing I don't have to contend with a saggy arse.

I would love to do a 4 or 6 inch lift but the funds are just not there right now so maybe I will have to try 2: blocks and hope for the best.

The site wont let me see the pic you posted for some reason....I cant look at any pics I have to click on

I am thinking about doing an AAL too. I am just debating over that or blocks. Are AALs hard to do? I have heard that getting the leafs to compress again is a pain but I have never done it personally.

2 C clamps and you can pull the springs back together no problem. With an add a leaf or 2 you won't need longer U bolts. I got a pair of new 2 inch blocks I'll sell for $25. plus the shipping.
PM me your e mail and I'll send you the pics.

I did the add-a-leaf on my burb, was very pleased with the results and it dramatically improved the handling when loaded or towing. I used a cheap trail master 2" aal

x2 on the airbags totally worth it and better towing and ride!

Anyone got a link to the air bag kit they used?

I am not really that worried about how the ride changes. My burb is pretty much going to be used for camping and as a winter vehicle the majority of the time but air bags would be pretty cool but they might be more than I want to spend.

Another thing I was thinking about is possibly a 2" aal in the front and maybe a 2" aal in the rear plus 2" blocks in the rear. That would hopefully stiffen up the overall ride and give it a bit of a lift and fix my sagging rear. Any thoughts?
