Seat & Floor Shape Info Needed Please

Ok, I'm trying to put some bucket seats (from a '90 Blazer) in my crew cab but I've hit a dead end - my seats have brackets that are too tall to mount on the "hump" in the floor pan (without my head hitting the roof).

Are there any year Blazers that have the raised hump unders the front seats like a pick up? My idea (if these exist) is to use some shorter brackets on my late model seats. Anyone done this?

Nope . The only raised floors I know of are in pickups and Suburbans . Suburbans had bucket seats as well , those would probably fit pickup floor .

I just happen to know that you know someone with a few subs... and one just happens to be a '90 model that has bucket seats...and his wife has always liked bench seats, so the buckets are gone... he might be willing to trade for a '90 bench seat?

Done! I never thought you'd be wanting a bench but I understand - the boss gets what the boss wants. I don't know if my bench is nice enough but we'll talk. I'll be calling.
