It is cool. I was there fixing the Flow Jet on Friday. Took a while but it's back in action now.

Soooo true! It is quite unbelievable the need for tool makers and quality machinists right now. For the first time in many years a well trained person can actually walk out of a shop and not worry about being able to find another.
Even in Michigan.

I spent 21 years as a fabricator/welder, and there were very few years I was remotely worried about being able to find another job at will. 2001 and 2008. Other than that I could pretty much work where I wanted while commanding top rate. Most machinists I worked with had the same experience.

Thats awesome the shop is making good money it soulds like. Shops don't buy machines unless they are making money like that.
