I have a 73 k10 with 2" lift. I am now swapping in a 14b rear for the stock 10 bolt. Also adding 4" shackle flip to get a total of 6" lift. Will I have to cut my driveshaft down?

Probably so since the shackle flip itself will move the axle forward 1.5" and then the Yoke is also further forward on a 14 bolt as well.

even though it's dropping 4 inches?

Can you add a Zero Rate block and move the axle back? Or does that ruin the lift stance?

A zero rate will definately give the option to move the axle back and with the saggy butt that every GM seems to have the zero rate should make it sit much better.

I opted to make new perches that were longer and then I put 3 center pin holes (factory centered, 1" offset and 1.5" offset) and I finally welded them on so that the axle moved back 1.5" to center the wheel in the wheel well.
