Sleeves in the shocks?

I got 4 shocks from the guy I bought my lift from. There were no sleeves in them. They're Procomp shocks for the 4" lift. My question is the front shocks. I believe the bottom is supposed to have sleeves and the top has no sleeves. Does anyone know for sure? Thought maybe someone had those shocks as well.

Front shocks, top and bottom should both have sleeves.
Rear shocks, bottom only.

ahh

ahh ok. Thanks, I had it all wrong.
The thing wouldn't turn left. Turns out, the lift kit came with the wrong steering stabalizer. Got a new one, works fine.

Took it out for a test drive, when I hit the brakes all hell broke loose from the rear end. I'm not sure the exact problem yet, gonna figure that out tomorrow.
