Solution for a rusted/sagging radiator/bodymount support?

What solutions have you come up with without replacing the whole piece? Its mainly just the bottom piece around the body mounts and the upper parts are good. The front sags to the driverside an inch or more. I was thinking of cutting out the rusted areas and welding a new strip the entire length of the support.
