Stephan, how hard would it be to put rear leafs from a K5/10/20 or burb on the front axle? And would it even be worth while?

Given that the rear springs are 52" compared to the 47" front leaves, you'd want to move your front mount forward by about 2-3" and the shackle mount back a couple inches. Or move the front forward 5 and the rear back none. Lots of ways of doing it, all involving moving the front mount at least.
flex wise, the longer the better so they would help there. And most rear springs are somewhat softer than aftermarket fronts so that would help also.
Or you can bolt in a set of good front springs and be most of the way there and still use the stock bolt in mounting points. It's mostly a labor issue.
