monday. You know what ??? I still want a ciggerette, but no cravings too speak of.
Good for you Paul, I havent smoked in 6 years and I wanted one really bad today, don't know why, but just keep doing what you're doing...
Ya, good for you man.
good work, keep it up!
I'd say you have it beat! Good work!
Both me and my wife smoke, i want to quit sometimes too, but then she dosent want to,(and visa versa)so it makes it hard. One of these days the timing willl be right lol. Good Job man.
What did you do to quit smoking? I need to quit bad just have a real hard time.
he just stopped. thats what i did, i just takes some self discipline. the carvings can be hard at first but its a matter of saying no.
Here in South Dakota they have a quit line you can call. They will pay half the price for the patch, gum, pill, ...ect. I chose too use the patch. The SD quit line # is 1-866-737-8487. I'm sure they can refer you too a number for your state. It's really not that hard too quit. Once you're ready, just don't buy anymore ciggerettes. I do think the patch has helped curb my cravings for nicotine at first. I'm currently on step 2, a lower doseage. I've skipped the patch a few days and really didn't notice a difference, but I try too only skip like every 3 or 4 days.
Good job dude!! Glad I never picked that habbit up!
Keep after it
Wow. Good job man. I quit completely for about ten months a while back, now I'm back to like 3 or 4 a week (cigs not packs) and can't stand it.
Keep it up! Maybe you'll inspire me to get back on the wagon.
Congrats! ****, I can't even stop drinking Mountain Dew.
He did one, search runza, it should come up
Way to go Paul!! Pretty soon you're gonna be the picture of health.
Its' been about 14 years since I quit and I still like the smell when somebody first lites. I think its the burning paper. Sure saves money !!!
Congrats Paul........you know though, nicotine addiction makes you steal stuff..............
Good for you dude! Once you have the mental part down quitting is easy! I started chewing to quit smoking. It took me another 30 yrs to get my brain staightened out to quit chewing. I fooled myself into thinking it would be easier to quit chewing, what an idiot I was. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
Oh sh_t, that's too much.
I quit 18yrs ago . no patch or shock treatment . Just cold turkey . Man I remember a carton of marbroll reds at the px was $3.50 or $4.00 . It's what $34.00 a carton now and a pack is ? $3.50 . Do the math . a pack a day habit is over $100 a month and over $1200 a year ! What if your better half smokes also ? x2 . What if you smoke 2 packs a day like my neighbor + his wife smokes almost a pack and a half . That's over $3000 a yr for cig's . in a 5 year period that cash could have bought a new car . just think , all that cig money is cutting into your 4x4 rig money . that money could go into better places and you would possibley be in better health for it .
