    Hi guys,

What a great site. I was wondering if I could swap a steering box from a 1973 and up 1/2 4x4 into my 1972 Blazer?

Mine leaks like a son-of-a-gun. I was hoping that I could pull off this swap. Are there any years to avoid? Is it a straight bolt-on swap or not?

    Thanks a bunch,

Mine was leaking bad from just above the pitman arm? I was going to do a swap and then a guy told me to replace the seals in it. About $20.00 later big hammer and ball joint sepaerator it was fixed. If it just leaks out the lower part try it. I pulled off the arm then pulled out some fat washer things and rubber pieces. Pretty easy. I also used the haynes manual. 2 years and no leaks. Just a thought.
