I am trying to find out what gears ar in my stock 10 bolt

Won't be one there in an '83, I'm about 75% sure : ) My 83's was on the inner fender, (drivers side IIRC) and cars didn't get them in the glove box until '85 in most cases, so I'm thinking trucks likely followed suit. *I lied..cars got the stickers beginning in '85, on the trunk if the vehicle had one.* But that did start in '85. Nothing at all before that but a build sheet.
Only way to be positively sure is to pull a cover of and get the numbers of the ring gear. I've seen trucks with all sorts of mix and matched stuff. My friend picked up a d60 with the tag on it. The tag read 4.56 but the axle had 4.10.
