What pressure is the stock intank pump on our 87-91 blazers able to push? Is the pump the "pressure regulator" for the stock TBI systems?

Stock TBI the pump will usually stall around 14 or 15 psi.

The pump is not the regulator. The regulator is located right behind the injectors where the fuel lines come in. It comes set from the factory at 9-12 PSI.
In all the TBI I have tested pressure they were all 12-13.
