Stock tachometer in my 73

I was just wondering, my truck has a stock tach next to the speedo. Every Chevy i have seen has the fuel gage there, is this really rare to have or have any of you guys seen this before or have a truck with one? Thanks, steve

I had a 78 GMC 3/4 ton 4x4 with a stock tachometer. This was back in 95 and it still worked even though everything else on the truck was poopy.

73-79 style are more comon but not a lot of them.

80-up style more rare of the bunch . its the font style for the #'s and the color also thats the real diffrence.

if you find one and pull it make sure you get all the wiring up to were it hooks to the dist . there is a little capacitor / noise filter in line that you need.
