Go to the test forum and reply to something 4 more times...then come back here and put up pictures. You need 5 posts to put pictures up, and a stolen thread without pictures doesn't help anybody.

Use www.photobucket.com to host the pics...then put em up here using the [ IMG ] tags.

Sucks having a rig stolen, I've had one stolen from me and it sucked hard.

I'm not sure where Lehi UT is located but my brother lives in Bremerton, Utah so I'll tell him to keep an eye out for it. Good luck. Post up pics when you can.

I'll spread the word. several of us here are on this side of the Point of the mountain.

Welcome!

Feel for ya brother. I had an ATV stolen one time. The kid did it at 3am in the morning. We had a good chase going and he got across some lawns and fields. I was in the car and not about to go there. Luckily, the ATV was just about out of gas and the state troopers found the ATV abandoned in a ditch the next day. They never caught the culprit. So, much for CSI and all that.

If I see your K5 up here in the northeast, i'll let you know. Good luck with the search.

watch craigslist and ebay for all that stuff
if you have some used parts suppliers there in town, bring another truck by (similar in year as K5) and give them a story that you're looking for a D60 w/4:56s and 241 to replace what you have. Give them a phone number and see if something pops up. You may have to get rid of the phone # afterwords though.

You should also post a wanted ad on craigslist, maybe a few. List that you want parts or the whole truck. See who calls you.

I live not far from Lehi so Ill keep my eyes open. I check out just about any Blazer I see anyways, they just catch my eye haha. Im always checking all the local classifieds so I'll watch for parts as well. Hope it turns up...

I watch craigslist everyday, in a lot of areas....
I'll keep an eye out for your rig.

I'll spread the word, too...

Hope she comes back to you safe brother.

I've gotcha covered if he passes through cheyenne. I also check craigslist every day in a lot of areas. Also, post on here, http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/, and anywhere even kind of close to you on craigslist under the categories "Lost and found, Auto parts, Cars & Trucks" and obviously post up pics on here, throw some fliers up. It's always bad when something near to you gets stolen. If I'm right its one of the following paint schemes.

paint scheme one??

paint scheme 2

and this is the most likely paint scheme since this is the 89-91 K5 2 tone blue paint scheme

Hope these help until he can post pictures. Best of look to you man!

I've spoke with Six States, Advanced four wheel drive, Jack-it and others, most of which know me and the vehicle. Thanks for the tips though

Someone told me I should be checking the impound yards. Aren't those guys required to contact me if the vehicle is identifiable (by the VIN)?

That thing is nice, and there aren't many around in that color scheme and that condition. I hope you find it soon.

As for impounds, yes they would contact you if the VIN tag on the door, dash, or anywhere else is recognizable, or if the plates are still there.
