Stronger crossover & hi-steer...?

Ditto. I checked ORD's prices, and they're selling them for $219 as well.

Maybe I was thinking of the D60 knuckles...?

My main point is why mess with finding, drilling, taping, machining, or all the other things that comes with a stock knuckle when for $220 you get a proven, stronger piece.

Is say its perfect for the guy who doesn't have the $$$ for a D60, or the need for bigger than 35s

Yeah, I don't disagree. I just thought the knuckles were more expensive than $220. Personally, I think that they're a deal at that price.

My only thought that would be why would you throw that much money at a D44, unless you were so far upside down already.

The first time you break that uber-mega built 10b/d44, you're gonna hate yourself for wasting money on it. D60's aren't so hard to find anymore. A lot of guys are goin with the fabricated housing stuff, and rockwells are the new d60 these days. Save your money.

All the guys that say they wheel 10b's and d44's and never break them, either wheel like pussies or have 2 open diffs.

And to Issaam... I've seen you wheel that old rattle trap perkins diesel k5 you had...I LOL'd when I saw you say you're "smooth" when you wheel. I watched you go up that stair step thing at Hollister Hills, and I swear I heard that perkins bounce in the motor mounts! :eek1::haha:

That is because I had broken motor mounts, and my springs were rough country lift springs.
You know me best, did I ever break anything when you were there?
the only time I had anything else happen was my tie rod got bent i Hollister hills.
The truth is I never used my gas pedal, it was the torque of the engine that kept it going so I didn't snap axles since I didn;t have a lot of wheel spin and then sudden traction which is what breaks stuff.
Hell my engine couldn't go higher than 1800 RPM, yes if you think it's a typo, no I was limited to 1800 RPM max, you can't really break stuff with that unless you get it bound up in rocks and then force it, which I didn;t do, when I felt stuck, I just backed out, no need to break stuff to enjoy a trip.
And that Perkins is going in my next crew cab project once I get the space cleared up for it, still have to get rid of a truck or 2.
