I searched and found nothing.
Overall i am happy running my Non-Bling stock spicers but i broke one of them. I posted in the wanted section and quickly got a reply for "Oleator" :angry1::angry1:
So i guess i have to buy a replacment set. I thought about going to 35slp but money is tight this time of year.

What are your experiences with these brands.

  • Milemarker
  • Superwinch
  • Warn standard
  • Warn Premium
  • Stock Spicer
Can't think of any other brands.
Looking for any input.:thumb:

My opinion is Spicer is the strongest however they can be hard to work and even harder to get replacement parts for. What broke on yours?

I hate to sound like an ambulance chaser but if/when you get rid of your Spicers (broken parrts included) I'd be interested in them.

Whoever will warranty one if you break it. Warn Premium and Mile Marker have lifetime warranties. The strongest things are slugs (driveflanges) but that will always keep you front end turning.

35 spline hubs are weaker then 30 spline hubs. So if you want to step up to stronger stub shafts get yourself a set of chromo 30 spline stubs. They are the same strength as 35 spline stubs but the 30 spline hubs are stronger. If you go 35 spline you will probably want drive flanges for strength.

I dont know what the part is called that broke but it is the part that moves in and out when you turn the knob. Wierd huh?

I dont know about this statement.
:dunno:
It's because the gear for the stub axle has to get thinner as the stub increases in diameter.
