Subruban cargo door button popped off.

I really hate this rusty POS. I was trying to open the rear cargo doors on my Suburban. I turned the key, and pushed in the button, and it didn't do anything. I then went to turn the key again and the damn push button shot out of the door and landed 10' away. I put it back it, but all it does is stay all the way in. Am I missing a spring? How in the hell do I open the doors now.

with a screw driver to push the same lever the button used to push. I had this happen to my old burb. Check out LMC truck for a new handle and button. not too spendy

Happens all the time the button get stuck on lever inside lever does not push up completely eventually button will break I have an extra handle make me an offer if you need it.
