I have an 87 suburban with a 350 and the return line rotted out.
What are my options for replacing the fuel lines?
I looked on LMC and they only offer lines for carburetor trucks, not TBI
I hate doing things half assed, but it looks like the P.O. just used rubber hose and hose clamps on the feed line. SO that might be my only option if I can't find replacement steel lines.
I called all the local chevy dealers and they want to sell me a 25 foot roll of steel line for 75 bucks. No fittings, nada. They can't get pre bent anymore.
Don't see the point in that if I still have rubber hose connections and clamps.

And the big question!
How much slack will I have in the lines on top to drop the tank without getting my go go gadget arms out to disconnect things?

Go with a stainless from Inline Tube. Also if you need a tank get a Specta Premium.

Don't try to bend them your self. It is cheaper to go with Inline Tube. They can also make one from yours if needed.

Be sure to empty the tank of fuel to make it easier. It is a tight fit. Just take it down some and cut the rubber lines. You will want to replace them any ways.

I had the same problem looked all around the world for fuel lines for my 87 TBI and nothing. So I went to a tube and hose, oil field shop and has them made. Good luck man.
