alright i defintely needed to say more about my truck...its got a th400 (2000K on it) 3.08 gears:( and 33s. therefore i cant spin my tires for ****. I used aals to lift it and replaced all the bushings at the same time.

So even, basically im gettin from everyone that i should do a tranny cooler and gears?

Im realy gettin sick of this auto tranny ****, i get bord too easy, I think i need to blow it up so i have an excuse to use the sm420 from the backyard...

 Now that is an awsome plan!

Slush boxes suck!!

ALL MUST HAIL THE STICKY SHIFTER!

finding a set of 3/4 ton axles with 3.73 or better yet 4.10 axles would be way cheaper than buying new gears and having a shop set it up. And breaking the rear would go from being very likely to impossible. And deeper gears will make your tranny thank you.

the stock axles should be fine with 33"s even 35"s unless plan on going bigger i would probably go with some gears trans cooler if keeping auto like 80% of trans failer is do to over heating
with 33" tires rpm at 55 mph
3.08-1,725
3.21-1,798
3.31-1,854
3.42-1,915
3.54-1,982
  • 3.73-2,089
  • 3.90-2,184
  • 4.10-2,296
4.27-2,391
4.56-2,554

with 35" tires the rpm is decreased about 100 rpm
remember this is in a perfect world
hope this helps i would go with one of three, with the bullets
